Full Registration- M.B.B.S, BDS

REQUIREMENTS

For Full Registration (M.B.B.S):

1. M.B.B.S. original certificate and photostat copy.
2. Original Testimonial and photostat copy.
3. Original Internship training certificate and photostat copy.
4. Provisional registration certificate to be surrendered.
5. Full registration fee to be paid by bank draft / pay order / Cash, payable to Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council.
6. Three copies of recent passport size photograph attested on back side by the Principal of the respective college.
7. Original University Registration Card and photostat copy.
8. Copy of Twelve digit “Taxpayer’s Identification Number” (e-TIN). (For Bangladeshi Doctor’s).
9. Photocopy of National Identity Card (NID Card).

 

For Full Registration (B.D.S):

1. B.D.S. original certificate and photostat copy.
2. Original Testimonial and photostat copy.
3. Original Internship training certificate and photostat copy.
4. Provisional registration certificate to be surrendered.
5. Full registration fee to be paid by bank draft / pay order / Cash, payable to Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council.
6. Three copies of recent passport size photograph attested on back side by the Principal of the respective college.
7. Original University Registration Card and photostat copy.
8. Copy of Twelve digit “Taxpayer’s Identification Number” (e-TIN). (For Bangladeshi Doctor’s).
