Provisional Registration
REQUIREMENTS
For Provisional Registration:
- Prescribed form for registration (provisional / full) to be filled up by the applicant in his / her own legible handwriting.
- M.B.B.S. provisional / original certificate / college testimonial together with a photostate copy.
- Provisional registration fee only to be paid by bank draft /pay order / Cash , payable to Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council.
- Declaration form of Code of Medical Ethics to be signed.
- Photocopy of National Identity Card (NID Card).
