Requirements for Eligibility Certificate
REQUIREMENTS
For Eligibility Certificate:
- Original SSC/ Equivalent Certificate & Mark sheet with Photocopy.
- Original HSC/ Equivalent Certificate & Mark sheet with Photocopy
- Two copies of recent passport size photograph attested on back side by Registered Medical Practitioners or by 1st Gazetted Officer.
- Birth Registration Certificate with Photocopy
- Equivalence Certificate from D.G. Health for ‘O’ & ‘A’ Level student.
- Eligibility Certificate fee Tk 1000/= (0ne thousand) only to be paid by online invoice payable to Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council.
- Admit Card for MBBS/BDS Admission Test.
- Result Sheet for MBBS/BDS Admission Test.
